Scottish independence: Lib Dems 'confident of one question'
The Liberal Democrats have said there should be a vote in 2015 on giving much greater financial powers to Holyrood.
It would come just one year after the planned referendum on Scottish independence.
At the party's autumn conference Scottish Secretary Michael Moore said he was more confident than ever the referendum will contain one question, not two.
