Boris Johnson compares Northern Irish hard border debate to London borough

Boris Johnson has compared the lack of a border between the London boroughs of Camden and Westminster as evidence that a hard border could be avoided in Northern Ireland.

The foreign secretary suggested on the Today programme it would work like the congestion charge currently does in London.
