MPs call for disability benefits redesign
A group of MPs is calling for a fundamental redesign of the disability benefits system.
The Employment Support Allowance for people who are too ill or disabled to work has been beset with problems, since it replaced Incapacity Benefit six years ago.
The Work and Pensions Committee says it is simply not enough to replace the much criticised contractor, Atos, with another private provider.
