Ken Clarke: EU debate 'must be more engaging'
The debate over Britain's membership of the EU must become more engaging to encourage a greater number of young people to vote, minister without portfolio Ken Clarke has said.
The former chancellor told the Today programme that the case for the UK's continued involvement in the EU must be put forward in a manner that is "less obscure".
