Hague: Britain's relationship with EU 'can be fixed'
Foreign Secretary William Hague says that the Conservatives are best placed to fix Britain's relationship with the European Union, despite a surge in support for UKIP.
Speaking to David Dimbleby, Mr Hague said that his party was "committed to an in/out referendum" on the UK's membership of the EU.
