UKIP's Nigel Farage meets voters in Kent

The UKIP leader Nigel Farage has defended his controversial remarks about Romanians, insisting he was right to draw attention to the amount of crime they allegedly commit, particularly in London.

He made the comments in a radio interview on Friday. Mr Farage was campaigning in Kent ahead of the European and local elections on Thursday. He spoke to Nick Robinson.
