Nick Clegg defends handling of Mike Hancock claims
The Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has defended his handling of allegations of sexual assault by a former Lib Dem MP.
Mike Hancock was suspended from the party on Wednesday after a report found allegations of sexual impropriety were "credible".
Mr Hancock, who now sits as an independent, has always denied the claims.
