TV dragon Theo Paphitis on 'earning while learning'

The Skills Show was Britain's biggest annual careers event, and aimed at persuading school leavers to think about taking vocational and manufacturing courses rather than go down the academic route.

David Thompson spoke to Theo Paphitis, event patron and former TV dragon, about whether apprenticeships were working for Britain's youngsters.

He said that: "Earning while your are learning has got to be the way forward."
