Iran nuclear talks are a "strong foundation" - Hague

Talks between Iran and Western foreign ministers have built a "strong foundation" for an agreement on Iran's nuclear programme, William Hague has said.

The UK foreign secretary told the House of Commons that "narrow gaps" remain between the parties, and sanctions would not be lifted until at least an interim agreement had been made.
