Syria crisis: UN weapons inspectors to return
Weapons inspectors from the United Nations are set to return to Syria amid claims from Russia that a report on the alleged use of chemical weapons is politicised, biased and one-sided.
Although the UN found the nerve agent sarin was used, it refused to apportion blame but a Russian minister says the Syrian government has presented "material evidence" that Syrian rebels carried out the attack.
