Miliband to continue with Labour union changes

The Labour leader, Ed Miliband, is making clear that he won't back down from his plans to change his party's historic links with trade unions.

In a speech to the Trades Union Congress in Bournemouth on Tuesday, he'll insist that his reforms are the "right thing to do".
