Three London councils working together and saving money

Town and city halls have been looking at how they manage the reductions in the funding they get from government.

Some have tried radical new ideas to run services more cheaply, but most say they have had to shoulder an unfair share of the austerity burden.

Giles Dilnot reports on how three London Conservative-controlled councils have worked together to save money in a "tri-borough partnership".
