Hunt's response to BMA's no confidence vote
The Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has responded to the British Medical Association's vote of no confidence in him.
"When you have patient safety issues, it is my job to speak up for the public, and I'd expect the doctor's union to object to that because they always do," he told BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine.
"I have to speak up for patients and will continue to do so."
The Jeremy Vine Show is broadcast Monday to Friday at 12:00 BST on BBC Radio 2. Or listen again via the link.
