UKIP and Green Party leaders talk before local elections

Elections will be held for 27 county councils and seven unitary authorities in England on Thursday 2 May.

UK Independence Party leader Nigel Farage is predicting a strong performance.

Meanwhile, Green Party leader Natalie Bennett is also hoping to convince voters in new areas.
