EU referendum: Business view of UK and Europe powers

David Cameron said it was time for the "British people to have their say" and the public would get a vote around 2017 in a referendum about the EU if his party wins the next general election.

Adam Fleming reports from the City of London and the New Covent Garden Market to find out what it would mean for those who trade with the Europe.
