UKIP's Nigel Farage on David Cameron's EU referendum

The UKIP leader says "we have heard it all before" when it comes to governments offering, but failing to deliver, a referendum over the UK's role in Europe.

Nigel Farage said the prime minister was terrified of losing votes to UKIP, and its rising poll rating and doubted any referendum would take place under the present government.

The latest debate over a vote was prompted by David Cameron penning a Daily Telegraph article.
