Cameron and Miliband on health secretary and reforms
The prime minister accused the Labour leader of a campaign to save his own leadership in his attacks over NHS reforms in England.
It came after Ed Miliband taunted David Cameron over claims - said to have come from within Downing Street - that Andrew Lansley should be taken out and shot over the controversial changes.
But referring to the health secretary, David Cameron said: "The career prospects for my right honourable friend are a lot better than his".
