IPSA justifies staff and costs overseeing MPs' expenses
Ken Olisa, from the board of the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) which regulates MPs' expenses, is challenged over the amount of its senior staff and some of their salaries.
He was asked why IPSA costs more to run than the Fees' Office which used to oversee the claims.
David Winnick MP spoke earlier in the Daily Politics and said MPs were left waiting a long time and some were owed thousands of pounds. IPSA would not appear on the programme and debate with him.
