Homes in Port Clarence still coping with flood damage

Flood victims on Teesside are still coming to terms with damage caused by torrential rain and tidal surges in December.

But most in Port Clarence, near Hartlepool, remain unaware of a government-backed grant scheme, which offers up to £5,000 to help cover future protection for properties.

Look North's Jonathan Swingler spoke to people who are still struggling with the costs of rebuilding their homes.
