Ear bite attacks 'costing NHS'
A surgeon on Teesside who treats people who have had an ear bitten during an assault says the region has a tendency towards this form of attack.
Figures from Middlesbrough's James Cook University Hospital showed that since 2005, 246 people have gone to casualty with such wounds.
