Storms 'cost Sussex fishermen £1m since Christmas'
Commercial fishermen along the Sussex coast claim that storms have cost them an estimated £1m in lost revenue since Christmas.
Boats and equipment have been damaged, and they have been prevented from going to sea at all for weeks on end.
The fishermen are due to meet ministers next week to appeal for financial aid.
Ellie Price, BBC South East Today's political reporter, spoke to fishermen Stephen Garrard and Jim Partridge, and Tim Loughton, Conservative MP for East Worthing and Shoreham.
