Kevin Nunn murder evidence retest bid at Supreme Court

A man from Suffolk who claims he has been wrongly jailed for murder has begun a legal challenge against his conviction at the Supreme Court in London.

Kevin Nunn was jailed for a minimum of 22 years in 2006 for the murder of his former partner, Dawn Walker.

He has always protested his innocence, and now his legal team are trying to force Suffolk police to hand over key forensic evidence which he believes could clear him.

Kevin Burch reports.
