'Failings' in care of toddler who died
The parents of a 19-month-old boy who died in his sleep believe sub-standard care contributed to his death.
In the week Harry Connolly, from Delapre in Northamptonshire, died he had been admitted to hospital twice and visited a GP out of hours service.
After a two-day inquest into his death, a coroner said there were failures in his care and recorded a narrative verdict.
