Cab driver complains to Commissioner

The Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe broke off an interview with BBC London 94.9 to make an arrest.

The officer was near Bruce Grove in Tottenham when minicab driver Mohammed approached him to say some passengers had dodged their fare.

Subsequently Sir Bernard jumped in the taxi and caught and arrested one of the suspects a short distance away.
