'Unfit' B&B owner fined by Camden Council
The owner of a B&B in Camden has been found guilty of being unfit to manage a house for multiple residents and fined £20,000.
Stephen Gethin receives tens of thousands of pounds every year from the Department of Work and Pensions, but says that government cuts mean he is unable to maintain his property.
BBC London reporter Tarah Welsh spoke to tenant Vicki Barker, Mr Gethin and Councillor Julian Fulbrook from Camden Council.
