Hospital death audit 'improvements'
Latest figures from hospitals in London show the overall standard of emergency and maternity services has improved, but levels of care still vary depending on where you live.
The NHS has introduced new targets after data showed patients admitted for emergency treatment on weekends had a higher risk of dying.
