Paddleboarders prepare for Thames challenge

On Saturday a group of people standing on floating boards will paddle their way 26 miles along the River Thames from Shepperton to Putney.

BBC London 94.9's Phil Parry found out more about paddleboarding, which is already popular in Amsterdam and Paris.

Paul Hyman, director of Active 360, believes it will be the biggest water sport in London in five years' time.

Paddleboarders Martina Ainsworth-Smith and Amy Noering, of charity Momentum, also appear in this report.
