Fire closure plan 'will delay responses in 40 wards'

The plan to close a dozen fire stations in London will slow down response times across the capital, according to data from London Fire Brigade.

It suggests they would miss targets in more than 40 neighbourhoods.

The worst affected area would be Clapham Town.
