Defence minister backs use of drones on RAF Waddington visit
Defence Minister Mark Francois has once again defended the use of remotely piloted aircraft over Afghanistan during a visit to RAF Waddington near Lincoln.
The machines or 'drones' are manned from the East Midlands base and Mr Francois believes they are playing an important role in supporting troops.
Anti-war protesters claim the systems are immoral and are terrorising civilians.
Jeremy Ball reports.
