Stephanie MacDonald-Walker's outrage at British Gas 'break-in'
A woman said she feels violated and vulnerable after British Gas forced entry into her home in an accounting mistake.
The company had gained a court order to get into Stephanie MacDonald-Walker's Leicester flat after it mistakenly believed there was an outstanding gas bill.
British Gas has apologised for the error but said it used the powers "thousands of times a year" to deal with unpaid bills.
Ms MacDonald-Walker rejected compensation of £150 but is considering an offer of £1,000.
