Couple cannot claim stolen caravan

A couple from Surrey have been told by police they cannot have their stolen caravan back because another family is living in it in Hampshire.

The caravan worth around £30,000 was found by police in September on a traveller's site in Hook.

Kath McClelland and her partner Mick Curry who live in Surrey have been told that police have no powers to seize it and return it.
