Robert Barlow: 'Not enough was done'

Robert Barlow, the partner of Rachael Slack, who was killed along with her son in 2010 by Andrew Cairns, says more could have been done to save them.

Commenting after the release of a serious case review into the boy's death, he has called for more communication between mental health workers and police in domestic violence cases.
