WWII Hawker Hurricane expected to sell for £1.5m

A rare WWII Hawker Hurricane, one of just a handful which still fly, is expected to fetch around £1.5m at auction.

The aircraft, built in 1942, is based at Duxford in Cambridgeshire.

Built in Canada, it never saw action over Europe, but what makes it stand out is that three-quarters of it is the original airframe.
