Julian Webster death: Family wins right to case review
The family of a man who died after being restrained by bouncers has won the right to a review of the case.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of murder but nobody has ever been prosecuted over the death of Julian Webster in April 2009.
In July 2010, the Crown Prosecution Service said there was insufficient evidence to prosecute.
Lindsay Doyle spoke to Mr Webster's mother Sonia, barrister Martin Liddiard and Maxie Hayles, from the Julian Webster Justice Campaign.
