Police offer cash for shopping drink-drivers
Plans by West Midlands Police to offer a cash reward to people who report drink-drivers have been criticised by a motoring organisation.
The RAC said the scheme, which could see people rewarded with payments of up to £200, could be abused.
But West Midlands Police and the charity Crimestoppers said the reward could reduce the number of drink-drivers on the road this Christmas.
Cath Mackie spoke to Insp Greg Jennings, Matt Dallaway from the RAC and Liz Jennings, a pub landlady.
