Norfolk chef Richard Hughes scoops cookery school award
A Norfolk cookery school is celebrating after it was voted the best in Britain.
Chef Richard Hughes beat off hundreds of other establishments around the country to take the title at the British Cookery School Awards.
The Brundall-based chef said his ethos is to "keep cookery simple, make the classes relaxed and use local ingredients".
