Paul Burstow, a former Liberal Democrat health minister, is looking into how we can improve care homes in the UK.

A quarter of people say they would not move into an care home for the elderly even if they were too fragile to care for themselves.

BBC Newsnight's Imogen Walford visited one in Kent to discover what its inhabitants thought about living there.
