Ashya King: Parents released from prison in Madrid

Ashya King's parents have been freed from a Spanish jail, following their arrest on Saturday.

Brett and Naghemeh King were detained after taking five-year-old Ashya, who has a brain tumour, from a Southampton hospital against medical advice.

Their release followed a decision by the Crown Prosecution Service to withdraw a European arrest warrant for the couple.

Mr King told reporters gathered outside Soto del Real prison in Madrid that they were "dying to see" Ashya, before leaving in a car destined for the hospital in Malaga where he is being treated.
