PMQs: Miliband questions Coulson vetting process
Labour leader Ed Miliband has asked why Andy Coulson was not put through the highest level of security vetting before being hired.
Insisting upon the most robust vetting process was the least Cameron should have done, Mr Miliband said.
Prime Minister David Cameron reiterated his apology "fully and frankly" to the House of Commons, following Coulson's conviction for conspiring to hack phones.
