Counter-terror changes urged by MPs

MPs have called for sweeping changes to counter-terrorism policing, including transferring the role of overseeing and leading investigations from Scotland Yard to the National Crime Agency.

The Home Affairs Select Committee also said intelligence agencies required better oversight and accountability.
