Constance Briscoe found guilty of lying to police

Constance Briscoe, the barrister and part-time judge, has been found guilty of three charges of perverting the course of justice in connection with the police investigation into the former cabinet minister, Chris Huhne.

Mr Huhne and Vicky Pryce, who are now divorced, were both jailed last year.

Briscoe had denied three counts of intending to pervert the course of justice.

Clive Coleman reports.
