Phone-hacking trial: Charlie Brooks 'feared porn leak'

The husband of former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks has told a court he hid pornography from police because he feared embarrassing details would be leaked to the press.

Charlie Brooks told the Old Bailey he took a padded envelope of pornographic DVDs out of their flat and hid them behind some bins, before a police raid.

He said that he did not want them to embarrass his wife.

Tom Symonds reports.
