UK storms: Blackpool seafront battered by storms

The Met Office has issued a rare Red Warning, the most severe level of threat, for "exceptionally strong winds" in west Wales and some parts of northwest England.

In Blackpool, all trams have been cancelled amid concerns about overhead power cables on the line, which runs along the front of the resort.

Judith Moritz reports from Blackpool.
