Sean Turner: Inquest rules of 'lost opportunities'

A coroner has ruled that there were "lost opportunities" in the care and treatment of a four-year-old boy who died after heart surgery at Bristol Children's Hospital.

However, she said there was no evidence of "gross failures to provide basic care" for Sean Turner, who died from a haemorrhage in March 2012, six weeks after his operation.
