NHS service bids won by private firms

More than two thirds of all contracts for NHS services in England have been awarded to external suppliers since April 2013, according to a report by the NHS Support Federation.

Reforms to the health service mean things like scans, blood tests, and mental health care can be provided by commercial firms.
