Grayling: 'If prisoners have to share a cell, so be it'

The Ministry of Justice has announced that Reading, Dorchester, Blundeston and Northallerton prisons will all shut.

Justice Secretary, Chris Graying spoke to the BBC and said closure of old prisons and replacing them with newer ones was required in order to modernise.
