Douglas Alexander: 'Egypt generals cannot act with impunity'

The death toll has been rising in Egypt, as protesters loyal to ousted President Mohammed Morsi clashed with security forces.

Douglas Alexander said there was a "very heavy burden of responsibility to act at this very dark moment in Egypt's history."
