Sentences handed out by courts are 'too short'
Last year, a record number of people complained that sentences handed out by judges in England and Wales were too short.
The issue will be highlighted again later this week when the Court of Appeal will review the 15 month jail term handed down to broadcaster Stuart Hall for sex offences.
Around 150 people registered official objections to his sentence.
