Soldiers killed in Afghanistan are returned to UK
The bodies of three soldiers who were killed when the armoured vehicle they were travelling in hit an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan have arrived back in the UK.
The bomb killed Corporal William Savage and Fusilier Samuel Flint from the Royal Highland Fusiliers, the 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment Of Scotland.
Private Robert Hetherington, of the 51st Highland, 7th Battalion - a Territorial Army member - also died.
The bodies were driven through the town of Carterton, near RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire.
