Pedlars' fears over law change

There are an estimated 4,000 so-called pedlars, or street salesmen and women, working in England and Wales.

It's a trade that dates back centuries, but the way they operate could be about to change.

It claims this will help street sellers, but many disagree.

Jenny Hill reports.
